ARE YOUR CRAB CAKES GLUTEN FREE, DAIRY FREE, EGG FREE, ETC? 

Our crab cakes contain the following allergens: wheat, egg, shellfish, soy. 

If you are interested in a special order of gluten free crab cakes, please reach out, we are happy to accommodate.

Our crab cakes and remoulade sauce do NOT contain dairy. 

HOW DO I PREPARE YOUR READY-TO-COOK CRAB CAKES? 

We recommend cooking them over med-high heat on a cast iron or non stick skillet. Form them into patties and put them in the pan once its nice and hot. Cook 3 to 5 minutes each side (don’t flip them too soon or they’ll fall apart!). You’ll know it’s time to flip them when they start to brown and steam around the edges. Serve them hot, and enjoy! HOW LONG DO THE READY-TO-COOK CRAB CAKES LAST ONCE I BRING THEM HOME?

We recommend cooking or freezing your crab cakes within 4 days of purchase. If you freeze them, please put them in an airtight container to maintain the best quality.

WHERE CAN I GET YOUR CRAB CAKES? DO YOU HAVE A RETAIL LOCATION?

At this time we do not have a retail shop. We serve our crab cakes at various pop up events each week, from farmer’s markets to wineries and breweries. To see our full calendar, click here.
